Efektifitas an-Nādī al-‘Arabī dalam Kemahiran Berbicara Bahasa Arab Pada Siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Arabic Club extracurricular activities on improving students' Arabic vocabulary at MTs Al-Qur'an Harsallakum, Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design through a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of 54 students divided into an experimental class and a control class. The research instrument was an Arabic vocabulary test in the form of multiple choices. Data analysis was carried out through normality tests, homogeneity tests, t-tests, and N-gain calculations. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores in the experimental class with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The students' average score increased from 23.70 to 77.59. In addition, the N-gain value of 0.70 is included in the high category. Thus, the Arabic Club extracurricular activity is effective in improving students' Arabic vocabulary.
